Drive consistency with Platinum (PT) one-touch programmable LCD solid state controls and precise 150°F–450°F setpoints. Adjust temperatures quickly between batches to keep tickets moving, from low-temp holding to finishing roasts.
Built for daily demands, the 430 stainless steel interior and exterior clean down fast, and the 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back helps with placement under ventilation. Four-inch casters make repositioning and maintenance straightforward, while 19.8 kW of electric power supports high-output cooking in busy commercial kitchens.
