A solid-state thermostat spans 150°-450°F and pairs with a 1-hour timer to help maintain repeatable results during service.
Streamline ticket flow with even heat across the French plates that support heavy cookware. The oven’s three rack positions, with one rack included, make it easy to stage sides, breads, or finishing tasks alongside sauté work. It delivers 14.0 kW of electric power to keep production moving through peak periods.
Built with a 430 stainless steel exterior and a 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back, this unit cleans quickly and stands up to daily use. Four-inch casters simplify moves for sanitation and maintenance. cULus and NSF listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
