Sear proteins, reduce sauces, and finish in the oven without breaking station flow. Three rack positions and one included rack let you stage sheet pans or hotel pans for roasting, baking, or holding. The 430 stainless steel exterior and vented 2-inch stub back present a clean, professional look and stand up to daily wear.
