Power your line with the Lang R30S-ATD electric restaurant range, engineered to streamline multi-station cooking in a compact 30-inch footprint. An 18-inch by 3/4-inch snap-action griddle tackles burgers, pancakes, and seared proteins, while two 8-inch french plates let you sauté and simmer in parallel. Keep tickets moving without shuffling pans between stations.
Dial in consistent results with a 150°–450°F solid state oven thermostat and a 1-hour timer for batch roasting and finishing. The standard oven base provides three rack positions and includes one rack to stage sheet pans or casseroles as needed.
A durable 430 stainless steel exterior stands up to daily service, and a 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back integrates cleanly under a hood or against a backsplash. 4-inch casters simplify cleaning and line reconfiguration, while 14.0 kW of electric power readies the range for demanding service. Certified cULus and NSF.
