Drive consistency with a solid state thermostat adjustable from 150–450°F and a 1-hour timer that helps pace roasting, baking, and holding in the standard oven base. Utilize three rack positions to sequence batches or to balance throughput during peak service. Sear proteins on the griddle, simmer sauces on the plates, and finish in the oven without breaking workflow.
