The Lang R30S-ATF electric restaurant range pairs a full 30-inch snap action griddle with a standard oven base in a compact 30-inch footprint. Its 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate offers ample surface to handle breakfast rushes, burgers, and vegetables.
Cook, roast, or finish in the oven configured with three rack positions and one included rack. A solid state thermostat adjustable from 150° to 450°F and a one-hour timer support accurate staging and repeatable results.
A 430 stainless steel exterior and 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back support durability and clean installation. Four-inch casters simplify moves for cleaning or line reconfiguration, and 14.0 kW electric power suits all-day service. cULus and NSF listings align with professional kitchen standards.
