Its 3/4" thick plate distributes heat evenly, while a solid state thermostat (150–450°F) and 1-hour timer help you hit and hold setpoints through peak periods.
Sear proteins, toast buns, or run breakfast on the 30" griddle, then finish pans or bake in the oven using three rack positions and the included rack for flexible loading.
