Drive marine galley throughput with a compact 36-inch electric range that combines a 24-inch, 1/2-inch-thick griddle and two 8-inch French plates for simultaneous searing, sautéing, and grilling. A convection oven with six rack positions and three included racks supports consistent roasting, baking, and finishing across changing menus.
Set precise heat with snap-action thermostatic controls, while the oven’s 150–450°F thermostat and 1-hour timer help keep service on schedule. The 21.6 kW platform delivers the power needed for back-to-back batches during peak periods.
Built for marine duty, the 430 stainless steel exterior, flanged bolt-down legs, sea rail, grab bar, and a 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back promote stability and clean operation. Two-piece hatchable construction supports installation in tight spaces, and UL Marine, NSF, and cULus Classified listings suit regulated environments.
