Power through peak service with the Lang R36C-ATB, a 36-inch electric heavy duty range pairing three 12-inch hot tops with a convection oven base. The hot tops accommodate stock pots and sauté pans, letting you sear, simmer, and finish without shuffling stations.
The convection oven delivers even results with six rack positions and three included racks—ideal for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing sheet pans. A 150–450°F thermostat and 1-hour timer help standardize results and streamline batch production.
With 21.6 kW of total power, this unit keeps pace on busy cooklines. A 430 stainless steel exterior and vented 2-inch stub back support quick cleanup and tight installations against backsplashes. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and preserve floor clearance for sanitation.
