Optimize your line with the Lang R36C-ATC, a 36" electric heavy-duty range that unites solid-top control with a convection oven base to accelerate service. Two 8" french plates and two 12" hot tops let you manage multiple pans and heat zones without juggling burners. With 21.6 kW of electric power, it supports demanding production while preserving a compact footprint.
Sear proteins on the hot tops, keep sauces steady on the french plates, then finish in the convection oven for consistent results. Six rack positions and three included racks enable efficient staging and batch cooking, while the 150–450°F oven thermostat and 1-hour timer help you pace tickets and prep.
Built for busy kitchens, the 430 stainless steel exterior and 2" vented stainless steel stub back simplify wipe-downs and help manage airflow. Adjustable 6" legs aid leveling and floor access, and cULus and NSF listings support code compliance for professional operations.
