Maximize galley throughput with the Lang R36C-ATEM marine heavy duty electric range. Six 8-inch French plates deliver simultaneous searing, sautéing, and boiling while the convection oven base handles baking and roasting. Operators can consolidate multiple tasks in one 36-inch footprint to streamline the line.
Dial in results with a 150–450°F oven thermostat and 1-hour timer. The oven offers six rack positions and comes with three racks, letting you stage pans for breads, proteins, or sides as service ebbs and flows. A 21.6 kW power rating supports high-volume cooking in demanding galleys.
Built for marine environments, it features a 430 stainless steel exterior, a 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back, flanged bolt-down legs, and an integrated grab bar and sea rail. Two-piece hatchable construction simplifies installation through tight passages common to ships and offshore platforms. UL Marine, NSF, and cULus Classified listings support compliance.
