The Lang R36S-ATC is a 36-inch electric heavy-duty range designed to streamline high-volume production. Two 12" hot tops (3/4" thick) deliver broad, even heat for stockpots and sauté pans, while dual 8" French plates handle delicate sauces and à la minute tasks. Thermostatic controls help you hit and hold target temperatures across stations.
Move seamlessly from the top to the standard oven base to finish roasts, bake sides, or stage trays; the included rack and 1-hour timer support coordinated workflows. A stainless steel exterior and vented 2" stub back simplify cleaning and placement on the line. Adjustable 6" legs make leveling straightforward on uneven floors.
Powered by 21.0 kW and certified cULus and NSF, this range meets the performance and compliance needs of restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens. Specify it for cooklines that demand versatility, consistency, and efficient use of space.
