Engineered for shipboard galleys, the Lang R36S-ATCM marine heavy duty range combines two 8" French plates, two 12" hot tops, and a standard oven base in a 36" footprint. Move seamlessly from high-heat searing to gentle simmering while baking or roasting below to streamline line flow.
Solid state controls with a 150-450°F thermostat and 1-hour timer help standardize results across shifts. The oven provides three rack positions and includes one rack to stage batches efficiently during service.
Built for marine environments, the 430 stainless steel exterior, 2" vented stainless steel stub back, and flanged bolt-down legs promote durability and secure installation. A grab bar, sea rail, and two-piece hatchable construction support safe operation and easier onboard delivery, with UL Marine, NSF, and cULus Classified listings for compliance needs.
