A solid-state thermostat with a 150–450°F range and a 1-hour timer delivers repeatable heat control for consistent results across batches. Use the griddle for burgers, breakfast items, or fish cakes while roasting vegetables or finishing proteins in the oven’s three rack positions; one rack is included to get started right away.
Engineered for marine environments, the 430 stainless steel exterior, flanged bolt-down legs, sea rail, and grab bar enhance stability and safety. A 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back helps manage steam and splatter, and the two-piece hatchable construction simplifies installation through tight hatches. UL Marine and NSF listings support compliance in shipboard and commercial setting
