Product Description
This electric, floor model induction range packs performance into a 30" width for busy back-of-house lines across a variety of kitchen layouts. Four 8" glass induction hobs create a multi-zone cook surface for simultaneous work across multiple pans, driven by an 18.2 kW power profile during peak service. Compliance comes standard with cULus and NSF listings for commercial foodservice.
Its convection oven base offers 9 rack positions and includes 5 racks to organize pans for service and staging. A solid state oven thermostat spans 150°–450°F and works with a 1-hour timer to maintain set temperatures during cooking. Built with a 430 stainless steel exterior, a 2" vented stainless steel stub back, and 4" casters, this unit supports clean installations and straightforward mobility.
