This 36-inch electric floor-model induction range pairs a six-zone, 8-inch glass induction cooktop with a convection oven base to organize cooking and baking on one platform. The cooktop features six 8-inch glass induction hobs, and the oven supports six rack positions with three racks included, all within an electric floor-model design. This integrated setup consolidates production tasks within a single, 36-inch footprint for efficient line organization.
A solid state oven thermostat spans 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a 1-hour timer, pairing temperature control with timed operation to manage cook cycles. Construction includes a 2-inch vented stainless steel stub back and a 430 stainless steel exterior. The unit is rated at 21.6 kW and is cULus and NSF listed for professional kitchens.
