This package includes two complete ovens on a low stand with casters, a radiant finger setup, and a take-off shelf to stage finished items. Load product, track progress at a glance, and land it cleanly for slicing, boxing, or plating. The mobile stand makes cleaning and service access straightforward in tight spaces.
Gas-fired performance delivers 120,000 BTU with simple 120v/60/1-ph controls drawing just 5.0 amps per oven.
