Each package includes two complete ovens with a FastBake finger setup that directs airflow for efficient, even baking. Glass access windows let staff verify doneness at a glance, while the take-off shelf keeps finished product organized for slicing, boxing, or plating. A low stand with casters simplifies line changes, cleaning access, and service.
