A dual heating system paired with FastBake™ Technology and FastBake finger setup promotes consistent, repeatable results across every deck. Monitor bakes at a glance through the glass window and dial in workflows with the digital control panel and fluorescent readout display.
This configuration supports busy pizzerias, cafeterias, and multi-station kitchens that need steady throughput with standardized outcomes. Queue pies, flatbreads, or appetizers on separate belts to stage items by cook time and reduce bottlenecks on the make line. The included take-off shelf & stand provides a clean landing zone for slicing, boxing, or plating.
