A 40" baking chamber supports steady output, and the reversible conveyor adapts to left- or right-hand layouts. Check progress through the glass access window, then land finished items on the included take-off shelf with the end stop for tidy staging. The oven top and high stand with casters simplify placement and cleaning access.
Stainless steel interior, top, front, and sides stand up to daily service. The package runs on 208v/60/3-ph power at 24.0 kW, 65.0 amps, and carries cULus, UL EPH, CSA, and CE listings for code compliance.
