A 20-inch baking chamber and an extended 50-inch non-stick conveyor simplify loading, staging, and product flow. Set conveyor speed anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes and dial in temperatures from 200°F to 600°F to handle everything from pizzas and flatbreads to toasted subs and appetizers.
Built with a durable stainless steel exterior, this electric oven runs on 208/240V single-phase power at 6.0 kW and connects with a NEMA 6-50P. It gives chefs and operators repeatable results that reduce bottlenecks and tighten ticket times.
