The Lincoln 1130-000-V Impinger II Express KNLZ rated ventless conveyor pizza oven streamlines high-volume baking while conserving space and labor. This electric, front-loading, single-deck design keeps product moving on a single conveyor belt for consistent results. Teams can stage, load, and retrieve efficiently to maintain peak service speed.
Now with easyTouch™ controls, operators can quickly program, adjust, and repeat settings for reliable bake quality across shifts. A glass access window lets staff visually monitor product without interrupting the cook cycle, helping reduce heat loss and pauses. Optional FastBake™ technology is available to further accelerate output when demand spikes.
Use it to produce pizzas, flatbreads, and appetizers in busy pizzerias, ghost kitchens, cafeterias, and concessions where a ventless (KNLZ rated) solution supports flexible placement.
