The free floating round rod top grate expands and contracts as it heats, while the EZ tilt design channels grease to the front trough for faster, safer cleanup between tickets. Stainless steel radiants and a 95% stainless steel build support daily, high-volume use in restaurants, institutions, and catering operations.
A 6-inch service shelf with utility bar keeps tools organized for quick turns, and the open cabinet base positions pans and brushes within reach. Water tubs and 6-inch adjustable legs round out a floor model charbroiler that helps maintain pace, consistency, and presentation on busy lines.
