Streamline workflow with a free-floating round rod top grate that expands with heat to help resist warping and an EZ tilt feature that channels grease to the front trough for faster cleanup. Water tubs under the grate help temper flare-ups and support moisture retention, improving results on steaks, burgers, vegetables, and skewers.
Built from 95% stainless steel, this unit stands up to daily service in high-volume operations. A 6-inch service shelf with utility bar keeps tools within reach, while the open cabinet base organizes pans and supplies. Six-inch adjustable legs aid leveling on uneven floors, and a top grid scraper is included for end-of-shift maintenance.
