This 48-inch countertop unit delivers a roomy 47-3/4" x 24" cooking surface on a 1-inch thick, heavy-duty polished plate, housed in durable stainless steel. It’s built to keep pace on the cookline while fitting standard counter installations.
Batch pancakes, sear burgers, and handle all-day menus while an electric thermostat sets and holds your target temperatures. A front grease trough, paired with a grease chute and box, simplifies cleanup between tickets. The 3-inch side splash helps contain splatter, and 4-inch removable legs support easy sanitation under and around the unit.
With a 22.8 kW power rating, this griddle integrates into demanding operations without gas hookups. ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, ENERGY STAR®, and CE listings support compliance and energy goals across a range of facilities.
