Built for busy service, the Magikitch'n MKE-60-E electric countertop griddle combines a broad 59-3/4 in. x 24 in. cooking surface with a 1 in. thick polished plate to move tickets efficiently. The heavy-duty plate promotes even heat and stable temperatures from edge to edge.
Set and maintain target temps with the electric thermostat while you sear burgers, caramelize onions, or stage pancakes and eggs. A front grease trough feeds a grease chute and box to keep the deck clear and speed end-of-shift cleanup.
Stainless steel construction and 3 in. side splashes help contain mess and stand up to daily use on the line or at a production station. With 28.5 kW of electric power, this 60-inch unit suits diners, hotels, campus dining, and high-volume caterers.
