Built for busy lines, the Magikitch'n MKG-36-E countertop gas griddle delivers 90,000 BTU with an electric thermostat and matchless ignition for quick, repeatable starts and precise control. Chefs can move from eggs and pancakes to seared burgers and onions without slowing down, keeping tickets flowing during peak periods.
A 35-3/4" x 24" cooking surface and a 1" thick polished griddle plate accommodate high-volume batches and back-to-back orders. Stage breakfast proteins on one side while toasting buns or warming tortillas elsewhere on the plate to optimize space and timing.
An integrated front grease trough feeds a grease chute and box to simplify cleanup and maintain a tidy work area. Stainless steel construction, 3" side splashes, and 4" removable legs support sanitation and easy access for line adjustments. The control system runs on 115v/50/60/1-ph (0.66 amps) with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P, and the unit is CSA and NSF certified.
