The Magikitch'n MKG-48-E thermostatic gas griddle drives high-volume production with 120,000 BTU over a generous 47-3/4" W x 24" D cooking surface. A 1" thick polished plate stores heat for even searing and quick recovery between batches. The electric thermostat with matchless ignition speeds startup and maintains consistent results throughout peak periods.
Operators can roll from pancakes to burgers on the same deck while the front grease trough, chute, and box channel waste away from the work zone. Stainless steel construction and a 3-inch side splash help contain splatter and keep the line presentable. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and high-volume kiosks.
Setup is straightforward with 115v/50/60/1-ph service drawing just 0.88 amps and a 6' cord with NEMA 5-15P. 4" removable legs assist leveling and ease cleaning underneath. CSA and NSF listings support compliance for commercial kitchens.
