Dial in precise results using the solid state thermostat with matchless ignition for reliable starts and steady temperatures. Operators can manage multiple menu items—sauteing vegetables, toasting buns, or finishing steaks—without disrupting pace.
Stainless steel construction, a 3 inch side splash, and a front grease trough with grease chute and box streamline cleanup and keep stations presentable. Four inch removable legs provide clearance for wiping under the unit and simple leveling. A 115v connection with a 6 foot NEMA 5-15P cord powers the controls, while gas delivers the cooking muscle.
