The Indigo NXT™ Series ice maker delivers high-volume, cube-style production with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser to streamline installation. Choose the 30"W x 24"D x 21-1/2"H model with production up to 420 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (345 lb AHRI at 90°/70°), or the 30"W x 24.5"D x 16.5"H version producing up to 515 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (421 lb AHRI at 90°/70°). Both produce dice size cubes using R290 refrigerant and carry NSF, CE approvals for professional kitchens.
Designed for busy chefs, operators, and facility managers, the easyTouch display supports 13 languages, shows date/time stamps, and provides automatic reminder and alert icons.
