This cube-style, air-cooled head uses a self-contained condenser to produce up to 482 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 407 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°. Its 22″W x 24.5″D x 21.5″H footprint delivers dice size cubes and runs on R290 refrigerant.
The easyTouch display provides 13 language options, a date/time stamp, reminder and alert icons, and one-touch asset information. It automatically detects accessories, shows continuous operating status, and lets you program production by time, weight, or day/night. One-touch cleaning with on-screen instructions, Alpha-San antimicrobial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, self-diagnostic technology, and a durable DuraTech exterior help maintain reliable output.
