D x 26.5 in. H and produces up to 775 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (674 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°) of dice size cubes. The included bin measures 30 in. W x 34 in. D x 38 in. H, offers an application capacity of 365 lb, and is AHRI certified at 12.3 cu. ft.
Operators get intuitive control from the easyTouch display with 13 language options, a date/time stamp, automatic reminder and alert icons, and one-touch asset information. Automatic detection of accessories, continuous operating status, and programmable production by time, weight, or day/night help match output to demand. One-touch cleaning with displayed instructions, Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, and self-diagnostic technology support consistent performance.
