This cube-style, air-cooled head features a self-contained condenser and measures 30"W x 24.5"D x 26.5"H. It produces up to 761 lb of regular dice cubes per day at 70°/50° (650 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°) and features a DuraTech exterior with R290 refrigerant.
The easyTouch display streamlines operation with 13 language options, a date/time stamp, and an automatic reminder/alert icon. One-touch asset information, automatic detection of accessories, and continuous operating status keep teams informed, while an acoustical ice sensing probe and self-diagnostic technology support consistent output. Programmable production by time, weight, or day and night, plus one-touch cleaning with displayed instructions and Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, help match demand and maintain hygiene.
