Dial in output with programmable production options by time, weight, or day/night scheduling, and one touch cleaning with on-screen instructions. Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, and self-diagnostic technology support reliable operation. A DuraTech™ exterior is featured.
