The Indigo NXT Series ice maker delivers cube-style performance with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser sized at 30\"W x 24\"D x 21.5\"H. It produces up to 478 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° and 413 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°, forming dice size cubes with R290 refrigerant and meeting NSF, cULus, CE, and ENERGY STAR standards.
An easyTouch display simplifies control with multilingual navigation, date/time stamps, automatic reminder and alert icons, and one-touch asset information, while automatically detecting accessories and showing continuous operating status. Programmable production by time, weight, or day/night teams with one-touch cleaning instructions, Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice-sensing probe, and self-diagnostic technology to support consistency and quick troubleshooting.
