The Manitowoc Indigo NXT Series ice maker, model IYP0450A, delivers cube-style, dice size ice with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. Sized at 30"W x 24"D x 21.5"H, it balances footprint with output, producing up to 478 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° conditions. It is AHRI certified at 413 lb at 90°/70°, giving chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers a clear view of performance across real-world environments.
The easyTouch display supports 13 languages and shows a date/time stamp, automatic reminder and alert icons, and one-touch asset information. Automatic detection of accessories, continuous operating status, and programmable production by time, weight, or day/night scheduling help align output with demand. One-touch cleaning with displayed instructions, Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, self-diagnostic technology, a DuraTech exterior, and R290 refrigerant round out a system that meets NSF, cULus, CE, and ENERGY STAR® standards.
