The Indigo NXT™ series ice maker delivers cube-style production in a water-cooled, self-contained condenser footprint measuring 30"W x 24"D x 21.5"H. It produces up to 464 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 399 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°, supporting consistent service volumes. Half-dice size cubes, R290 refrigerant, and NSF, cULus, CE compliance align with modern back-of-house requirements.
The easyTouch display provides 13 language options, a date/time stamp display, an automatic reminder/alert icon, and one touch asset information. Operators get automatic detection of accessories, continuous operating status, programmable production options by time, weight, or day/night, and one touch cleaning with displayed instructions. Alpha-San anti-microbial protection, an acoustical ice sensing probe, self-diagnostic technology, and a DuraTech™ exterior help maintain consistent production.
