The Indigo NXT series ice maker delivers high-volume cube production with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser in a compact 30W x 24.5D x 26.5H footprint. It produces up to 745 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (669 lb AHRI at 90°/70°) and forms dice-size cubes for consistent beverage presentation.
Pair it with the top-mounted ice bin at 30W x 34D x 50H, featuring a side-hinged front-opening door and side grips for quicker scooping. The bin offers 532 lbs application capacity with an AHRI certified 17.9 cu. ft. interior, helping teams stage service efficiently.
The easyTouch display supports 13 languages with date/time stamping, automatic reminders, one-touch asset information, accessory detection, and continuous status updates driven by self-diagnostics. Operators can schedule output by time, weight, or day/night, activate one-touch cleaning with on-screen instructions, and rely on Alpha-San anti-microbial protection and an acoustical ice sensing probe.
