The Manitowoc UDP0310A NEO undercounter ice maker delivers high-output, cube-style ice in a compact 30-inch footprint. Its self-contained, air-cooled system fits neatly beneath counters to free workspace at bars, chef’s lines, and beverage stations.
Produce up to 286 lb of ice per day at 70°F air/50°F water, with AHRI-certified 233 lb at 90°F/70°F to maintain service during rush periods. Electronic controls with full bin and service indicators help staff monitor status at a glance, while 4, 12, or 24-hour production delay aligns output with prep schedules and energy goals.
Simplify cleaning with Alpha-San antimicrobial protection and a sealed foodzone featuring a removable water trough, distribution tube, and damper door. A forward sliding storage bin speeds access to refrigeration components for quick service checks, and 6-inch adjustable legs improve floor sanitation. Dice size cubes enhance drink presentation from cocktails to soft drinks.
