The CrystalCraft™ Premier ice maker is a cube-style, air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser in a stainless steel cabinet. It forms 1.5-inch by 1.5-inch crystal clear square cubes that enhance beverage presentation and consistency. The AR-2800 water filter is integrated into the unit to support dependable results service after service. Designed for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who value reliable production and polished presentation.
Production capacity reaches up to 45 lb per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, with an AHRI certified 35 lb rating at 90°F/70°F. A built-in bin holds 25 lb of ice, and the refrigeration system uses R134 refrigerant. A 6'/1.8 M power cord with NEMA plug is included for straightforward setup; the unit is not compatible with iAuCS or Luminice, and maintenance should use metal save 00000084 descaler.
