The Market Forge ETP-10G ECO-TECH™ PLUS convection steamer drives throughput in busy kitchens. This gas, floor model features two compartments to stage batches and keep service moving from prep to plate.
With capacity for five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, you can steam vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or retherm prepped pans during peak periods. Automatic water fill and a self-contained water filter simplify operation while supporting consistent results. Controls include an individual power switch and a 60-minute timer for repeatable workflows.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and stabilized by four flanged feet, the ETP-10G is ready for daily service. Its 84,000 BTU output and ENERGY STAR® efficiency help you meet demand while managing utility costs.
