The Market Forge MT-40EO electric tilting kettle streamlines high-volume production for chefs and foodservice operators. With a generous 40-gallon capacity, it batches soups, sauces, stews, and stocks while conserving space and labor. The 2/3 steam jacket design promotes even cooking for consistent results.
Operate with confidence using electric controls and a smooth manual tilt for controlled, ergonomic pours. Integrations such as an automatic cold water steam condenser and automatic boiler fill help simplify workflow during peak service. A swing spout faucet and 2" draw-off with removable strainer speed filling, rinsing, and portioning.
For safety and uptime, the unit includes a low water cut-off, water level sight gauge, pressure gauge, air vent, and a safety relief valve. Durable stainless steel construction with a 316 stainless steel liner resists corrosion, while a hinged spring-assist cover, pan carrier, and four 6" flanged legs support busy operations and stable installation.
