The Market Forge SIRIUS II-12 is a gas, boilerless convection steamer built for high-volume throughput. Two compartments each handle six 12" x 20" pans, letting you produce multiple menu items at once to keep service moving.
Manual controls provide straightforward operation, while aluminum cast cooking compartments and a stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use. Preheated incoming water and a clean water reservoir system support consistent steaming results from the first pan to the last.
An auto water system streamlines workflow, and adjustable 6–9 inch legs make it easier to clean under and around the unit. With 52,000 BTU, LP or natural gas operation, and (2) 120V/60/1 electrical, it fits demanding production lines in busy kitchens.
