Load the single compartment with four 12" x 20" pans to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and retherm sides. Manual controls make setup fast across shifts, while the auto water system reduces steps between runs. Preheated incoming water and a clean water reservoir help maintain steady steam and dependable results throughout service.
An aluminum cast cooking compartment and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use and clean easily. With 27,000 BTU performance, LP or natural gas compatibility, and a 120V/60/1-ph electrical requirement for controls, the SIRIUS II-4 keeps lines moving. Four-inch legs provide clearance for cleaning and airflow.
