The Metro C535-HFS-U C5 3 Series heated holding cabinet streamlines hot food staging for busy kitchens and banquets. Its half-height, insulated cabinet and door with Red Insulation Armour help maintain serving temperatures while protecting the unit in high-traffic areas. The removable bottom-mount control module simplifies service and day-to-day cleaning.
Accommodate changing menus with flexible capacity: (8) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Universal wire slides are set on 3" centers and adjust on 1-1/2" increments to fit your workflow. Dial in holding conditions with an adjustable thermostat up to 200°F.
Glide product to the line, prep, or banquet room on 5" casters, then lock it in place with two brakes for safe loading. Durable aluminum construction is built for commercial use. cULus and NSF listings support code compliance, and the 120V NEMA 5-20P connection integrates easily into most operations.
