Optimize service flow with the Metro C5 3 Series C537-CFS-U heated holding and proofing cabinet. This 3/4-height, mobile unit stabilizes product quality between cookline and service while conserving space.
Dial temperatures up to 200°F with the removable bottom-mount control module to hold sides, proteins, or proof dough at consistent conditions. Universal wire slides on 3" centers adjust on 1-1/2" increments to fit (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Red Insulation Armour™ protects the aluminum cabinet and improves handling in busy kitchens. Five-inch casters, including two with brakes, enable safe maneuvering for banquets, catering, and off-site service.
Ideal for schools, healthcare, and high-volume restaurants, it keeps plated meals hot and dough proofing on schedule. Maintain consistency across shifts with adjustable slides and a simple thermostat.
