Streamline hot holding and proofing with the Metro C5 3 Series C537-CLFS-U, a mobile, 3/4-height heated holding and proofing cabinet built for demanding foodservice operations. Its lower wattage design runs on a standard 120V circuit, helping you stage menu items where you need them without rewiring.
Protect product quality with an insulated aluminum cabinet and door wrapped in Red Insulation Armour™. A removable bottom-mount control module with a thermostat adjustable to 200°F lets operators dial in conditions and service components quickly when needed.
Adapt to any prep line or banquet with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Roll between stations on 5" casters, then lock in place with two brakes; cULus and NSF compliance supports back-of-house and front-of-house workflows.
