Streamline hot holding and service with the Metro C5 3 Series C537-HFC-U. This 3/4-height, mobile heated holding cabinet keeps menu items at peak serving temperature while you move from prep to the pass or banquet lines.
Dial in heat up to 200°F with the removable bottom-mount control module, and preserve energy with Red Insulation Armour™. A clear polycarbonate door lets staff verify product at a glance, reducing door openings and maintaining recovery.
Universal wire slides accept (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus. Rugged 5" casters—two with brakes—navigate tight kitchens, commissaries, or catered venues to smooth peak service and staging.
