Its insulated aluminum cabinet and door, paired with Red Insulation Armour™, retain heat while staying cool to the touch—ideal for staging plates, pans, or bulk items during peak periods. A removable bottom-mount control module simplifies cleaning and maintenance between shifts.
Optimize workflow with universal wire slides on 3" centers that adjust in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus. Load (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans and dial the thermostat up to 200°F to match your holding needs. The 3/4-height profile is easy to maneuver and position alongside the cookline or in banquet staging areas.
Roll securely on 5" casters, then lock two brakes for stable plating or service. Plug into 120V power with a NEMA 5-20P and rely on cULus and NSF compliance for peace of mind in professional kitchens.
