The Metro C537-MFC-U C5 3 Series is a moisture heated holding proofing cabinet that helps kitchens stage, hold, and proof with confidence. With an insulated 3/4-height design and Red Insulation Armour, it retains heat while the clear polycarbonate door lets staff check product without opening. Use it on the line, in banquets, or for bakery proofing to smooth service rushes.
Configure capacity fast using universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, to fit (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The removable bottom-mount control module simplifies maintenance, and 5" casters (two with brakes) roll the cabinet wherever it's needed. Durable aluminum construction stands up to daily use.
